As a general note and gesture, if you submit a piece of art to the gallery before a contest is announced or begins, you are still allowed to submit it if it goes with the requirements of the said contest.
For example!
If you made an awesome picture of Pam surfing on July 15th and a surprise contest was announced 3 days later about Pam doing her favorite sport, you can enter that piece with no problems!
If that were to happen and 3 months later there was a contest about Pam and her favorite hobby, then you wouldn't be allowed! Not because of the passed time but because it was already in a contest before! See what I'm saying?
You can enter a piece from any point in time as long as it has not already been in a contest before hand!
I hope that's a bit helpful. We want you Pammers to be involved any chance you can and doing so fairly!

As it was pointed out to me..............Tomorrow is Father's Day.
Not wanting to make this like my 5th grade Labor Day sleep over (~crycryplz (https://www.deviantart.com/crycryplz)) the date is getting pushed forward!
If you can make it in the hours of Monday (and trickling over in to Tuesday) then you'll be ready to party!
